- Can I take advantage of a free plan?
- Meet My Company hasn't a free plan, but it offers a 30-day no obligation and no-entry credit card trial period, during which you'll be contacted by our team for advice and assistance.
- What does the free trial include?
- The 30-day free trial include all the features of the plan chosen on trial.
- What does Custom Plan mean?
- The Custom Plan is a tailor-made package for the company. There are no limits to certain features and there is the possibility to integrate and customize the platform to suit your needs. Contact us for more details or sign up to try the solution, then indicate your needs during the consultation call.
- How can I pay?
- Once you sign up for the platform, you activate a 30-day trial period that requires no credit card. When the free period is over, you'll be able to confirm or change plans, with a payment to be made only by bank transfer.
- What's the Showcase Page?
- Showcase Page is the point of contact between the company and its stakeholders (customers, suppliers, partners...) and it's created automatically at the end of the registration. Since it's a digital business card, it's important to complete it with as much information as possible, such as the logo and a brief summary of the business.
- How does webinar work?
- Meet My Company offers the Webinar for Pro, Corporate and Custom plans. Once the Webinar is created, the Moderator can invite up to 1.000 participants. The participants will have audio and video turned off, but they can see and hear the Moderator. The only tool with which to interact is the Chat.
